The Grey Skinny Jeans

Jumper - H&M
Jeans - Topshop
Shoes - Primark
Bag - Six
Scarf (on bag) - H&M
Hi everyone,
So after a really long break, I decided to start blogging again. If you're wondering why I had a break I'll redirect you to my last blogpost here. But I'm back now!
It has been so hot here in Luxembourg so far but it has cooled down a lot more recently, which I personally prefer. I'm waiting for autumn to come because I get sick of the heat really quickly. Since it had cooled down I decided to get out my favourite pair of jeans and a soft jumper. This year has been the year of the jeans for me and it all started back in March when I bought my first pair of Topshop Joni jeans. They are honestly the most comfortable jeans ever and that means a lot coming from me as I've mostly been a leggings girl these past few years. But I now own three pairs of Joni jeans (eek as they are fairly expensive!) and I love them. I paired them with a thin, light pink jumper that I found in H&M. I adore the combination of light pink and grey, it's one of my favourites. I also put on my primark shoes because they are only grey shoes I own and are actually quite comfortable.
Have a great week!

The Leather Jacket

Jacket - H&M (similar)
T-shirt - H&M
Leggings/Trousers - H&M
Hat - Primark
Wedge Trainers - New Look (similar here & here)
Necklace - Primark
Bracelet - Primark

Hi everyone,
I love a good fake leather jacket but for some reason I didn't own a plain black one. I found this cropped one in H&M and it was on sale for 20€ which I thought was a pretty good deal. It feels really soft and fits nicely too. I paired it with a plain white t-shirt and some thick black leggings that have leather panels on the leg which went nicely with the jacket without being too much of a leather overload. I love these leggings but as a warning you definitely need to try them on. I had to size down as they came up quite big and loose.
I chose to mix metals a bit and wore gold jewellery despite the fact that both the jacket and leggings have silver detailing. My sister had got me a twelve days of Christmas advent calendar from Primark as part of my stocking filler and it had a different piece of jewellery for every day. I especially love the feather bracelet.
To finish off the outfit, I added my black beanie and my wedge trainers. I also have these in beige which you can see here. I have to admit, I felt like a cool biker chick in this outfit, unfortunately a few days after I got the jacket it started snowing so I haven't been able to wear it much!
Hope you're having a great weekend!

Christmas Day Dress

Dress - H&M
Coat - H&M
Tights - Primark
Wedges - Primark
Earrings - H&M
Necklace - H&M
Watch - DKNY

Hi everyone,
I spotted this dress on a recent shopping trip to Auchan. I had been looking for a pretty dress that I could wear on Christmas day and I fell in love with this one the minute I saw it. It has long sleeves which is a major plus point because I will be spending Christmas in the french alps and won't want to wear a short sleeved or strapless dress. I love the subtle black pattern against the light pink and the fact that it has pockets. Yay for pockets! I feel it's a really flattering cut too and I can see myself wearing it a lot throughout the year.
I paired it with a fluffy, textured cream coat, also from H&M, that my mum got for me as an early Christmas present. I found it in the sale section and it was 50% off of 99€! I love the material and it's really cosy but still looks quite elegant.
I wanted to keep my accessories rose gold and beige so I paired the dress with rose gold jewellery and my beige/taupe wedge heels that I got from Primark earlier this year. I also chose these because I know that I won't be wearing them for a long time on Christmas day, as we will probably be spending it indoors so they are basically just for the sake of taking photos. If we do go out, I will probably put on some practical snow boots that won't necessarily go with the dress.
Have you got your Christmas outfit all planned out yet?

The Winter Boots | Part 2

Jumper - H&M
Leggings - Asos
Boots - Siemes Schuhcenter
Hair bow - H&M

Hi everyone,
This is part 2 of my winter boots series, you can read the first one here. I bought these boots last year as I wanted some boots with gold buckles. I can't remember how much they cost exactly, but they were reasonably cheap. They are fluffy on the inside which means they are able to keep my legs really warm which is always a plus. They feel quite sturdy and have lasted a year already, which ,considering they were cheap, is great! I love the taupe colour of them too, especially with the gold.
I paired them with a white chunky knitted jumper that I got from H&M earlier this year. It's really snuggly and isn't made out of a scratchy material. I also wore some black leggings, as per usual.
I was having a no fuss, minimal make up day and I kept my hair simple in a simple plat. I also added a bow to jazz it up a bit more.
Hope you are having a great week!

The Winter Boots | Part 1

Jumper - H&M
Leggings - Next
Boots - New Look
Scarf - H&M
Necklace - H&M
Beanie - H&M

One thing I love about autumn and winter is the fact that it is perfectly acceptable to own a billion pairs of boots. Slight exaggeration but I do love my boots. I bought this pair back in 2012 and I remember them being reduced from £60 to £30! Absolute bargain, considering they are basically perfect! I had been on the hunt for longer (but not too long) boots and these are the perfect size. I love the colour as they go with basically everything. After two years and a lot of wear, they are still going strong!
I paired them with simple black leggings and my favourite H&M oversized jumper (another sale find!). It's really soft and cosy and it has a v-neck which is my favourite type of neckline. I added my H&M scarf, a winter staple, and a wine red beanie. I also chose to wear my H&M necklace because it matched the beanie. I do realise that there are many H&M pieces in this outfit and I can assure you that I am not sponsored by them! I just love to shop there (and there aren't that many other reasonably price options here in Luxembourg).
Hope you are having a great week!

Festive Party Outfit | Day to Night

Hi everyone,
I wanted to do some festive outfits of the day and I came up with an outfit that I thought could look great for both day time and night time when paired with different accessories. It features a nice dark red dress with a floral pattern that my mum got from Primark last year as part of my Christmas present. It's made out of quite a thick material which makes it great for cold weather. I love the colour of it as it is quite festive and winter appropriate. I think this may be my first outfit blogpost ever to not feature something from H&M!

Day:
Dress - Primark
Jumper - Primark
Tights - Primark
Boots - Siemes Schuhcenter
Hat - New Look

For the day time outfit, I paired the dress with a black jumper with a sparkly rhinestone detailing which is also from Primark. It's really cosy and I thought the rhinestones made the outfit slightly more special. I chose not to add any more accessories as I didn't want to overpower all of the details on the jumper and the dress. I left my hair down and added my New Look bobble hat because it matched the dress. I chose to wear my simple black boots because they have a flat heel which means they are ideal for being comfortable throughout the day.

Night:
Dress - Primark
Cardigan - C&A
Tights - Primark
Wedge Heels - Chaussea

For the night time party outfit, I swapped my jumper for a similar black cardigan from C&A, again with rhinestones. I didn't want cover up the neckline of the dress too much which is why I chose the cardigan. I put on my black wedges from Chaussea to give me some height and to jazz up the outfit. Heels are great for turning a day time outfit into a night time outfit. I felt that for a party I would prefer to have my hair up as opposed to down so I clipped it back into a bun. Once again I avoided jewellery because I felt the cardigan took care of the sparkle, but feel free to add more sparkly things since it is the season for that!

Big thank you to my brother Joe for being my photographer, since my usual one (my boyfriend) was at work (which explains the many outtake photos). It takes a lot of patience putting up with me, especially when Far Cry 4 is calling (amazing game by the way!).
I hope you enjoy this slightly different outfit post!
